Moving Multiple Files

Overview: The following tutorial is a step by step guide on how to move multiple files from one album into another inside of your Photobucket account.

Requirements: You must be a Photobucket account holder. You must already have uploaded content into your account. You must already have created sub-albums within your account.

Steps to Take:
  1. Log into your Photobucket account at http://www.photobucket.com
  2. From the navigation bar at the top of your album, select the "albums & upload" tab."
  3. Check the boxes for the content that you would like to move into another album.
  4. If you would like to move all of the files from the current page into another album, check the "Select/Unselect All" box at the bottom of your page.
  5. After you have selected your files to move, click on the "Move Selected" button at the bottom of your page.
  6. From the drop down menu, select the album that you would like to move your files into.

    Note: Moving your files will break any direct links that you have made to forums, message boards, emails, etc. This will cause slideshows and remixes to break as well.

  7. Click on the "Move" button when you are ready to proceed.
  8. You will see a "Files moved" message appear at the top of your album when your files has been successfully moved.
