Creating Slideshows

Overview: The following tutorial is a step by step guide on how to create slideshows within your Photobucket account.

Requirements: You must be a Photobucket account holder. You also must already have images uploaded into your account.

Steps to Take:
  1. Log into your Photobucket account at http://www.photobucket.com
  2. Locate the album with the images that you would like to include in your slideshow.
  3. From the navigation bar at the top of your album, select the "create slideshow" tab.
  4. You will be taken directly to the slideshow creation page. From here, you will be able to create and edit your slideshows.
  5. Select a "style" from one of the available categories. Simply make a selection from the drop-down menu.

    Note: There are a handful of slideshows that will give you the option to add a title. These slideshows have a "(titles)" next to them. Mousing over the particular images in a slideshow will enable the titles to appear (if applicable).

  6. Next, select a "size" for your slideshow from the drop-down menu.
  7. Simply click on the thumbnail image to add content to your slideshow!

    Note: Video files cannot be added to a slideshow, and animtated gif/.swf files will only display the first frame.

  8. A preview of your slideshow will begin to display as images are added.
  9. If the slideshow you selected had "(titles)" next to the name, you can add a brief description here.
  10. To remove an image from your slideshow, siimply click on the red "X" button on the bottom right corner.

    Note: To rearrange the order of the images in your slideshow, simply drag and drop the thumbnails to the left or right.

  11. When you are satisfied with your slideshow, click on the "save slideshow" button to make your changes take effect.
  12. Your slideshow is now available in your Photobucket account for sharing and linking around the web!
At this time there is no way to speed up or slow down a slideshow.
