Generating HTML & IMG Code

Overview:The following tutorial is a step by step guide on how to use the Generate HTML & IMG Code button to link from Photobucket.

Requirements:You must be a Photobucket account holder. You must have images already uploaded into your account.

Steps to Take:
  1. Log into your Photobucket account at http://www.photobucket.com

  2. Select the image that you would like to generate HTML for by checking the radio box below the thumbnail image.

  3. Click on the 'Generate HTML and IMG code' button at the bottom of your album.

  4. All of the Generated HTML codes for the image, or images, that you selected will show up on this page. You will need to copy the appropriate code and paste it into the relevant field where you would like to display the image.

  5. HTML clickable thumbnails for eBay, LiveJournal, MySpace, etc - The HTML is automatically generated to publish your selected images and allow them to be clickable links that go to your Photobucket album. This is good for most social network pages, blogs, and auctions.

  6. HTML images for eBay, LiveJournal, MySpace, etc - The HTML is automatically generated to publish your selected images and does NOT allow for them to be clickable links that go to your Photobucket album. This is good for most social network pages, blogs, and auctions.

  7. IMG clickable thumbnails for message boards - The HTML is automatically generated to publish your selected images and allow them to be clickable links that go to your Photobucket album. This is good for most message board systems which may not allow for regular HTML.

  9. URL's for email, Yahoo messenger, AOL messenger, etc - These links may be copied and pasted to email, or instant messenger to share each specific image hosted by Photobucket.
