Contributing to a Group Album
Overview: The following tutorial explains how to contribute to a group album that you have already been given access to upload into.
Requirements: You must be a Photobucket account holder, and have been provided the URL to a group album to contribute to.
Steps to Take:
- From the URL, or invite email, for the group album you have been given access to, log into your Photobucket account or register for a new one.
Note: If owner of the group had set the album up as private with a password, you will FIRST be prompted to log into that group album using the information provided to you in the 'invite' email from the owner.

- Select the size you would like your images to be uploaded as by choosing a resolution setting from the drop-down menu.
- Choose which method you would like to use to upload into the group album. The following options are available.
1.) my computer - Select this option if you wish to upload files directly from your computer into the group album.
2.) my album - Select this option if you wish to copy images from your personal Photobucket album directly into the group album.
3.) web URL - Use this option if you wish to upload a file into the group album via a web browser URL address.

- Once the file(s) upload, they will appear in the group album with some clickable option links above the thumbnail. For any image that you have personally contributed, you will have copy, tag, edit, share, and delete controls. However, any file that the owner has uploaded, or a contributor other than yourself, you will only have the copy and share controls.

- If the owner of the group album has set their options to approve all contributed files, you will see a 'pending approval' message at the bottom of the thumbnail image. While a file is pending approval, other contributors will not be able to see it in the group album. The owner, however, will have the option to 'approve' or 'delete' the file.
