Sharing an Album via Email
Overview: The following tutorial explains how to share an album via email.
Requirements: You must be a Photobucket account holder. You must have a registered email address. You must have media uploaded into your account.
Steps to Take:- Open the Photobucket site at http://www.photobucket.com
Enter your username and password at the top of the page, then click the log in button to log into your Photobucket account.
- Select albums & upload from the menu at the top of your album.
- Locate the album that you want to share. You can share your main or sub-albums.
- Select share album from the secondary menu, and then click Send email.
Your album displays in the preview window.Notes:
- You are prompted to enter a guest password for your album if your account is private and you do not have a password.
- Your guest password is automatically included when you share your album via email.
- Choose the album view guests will see, and click the preview link to see the view as your guests will. The default view is main.
- Enter the email addresses to which you want to send your album:
- Type the addresses manually, and separate them with commas.
- Click my email contacts to load your existing contact list.
- Click any of the buttons on the right to import your contacts from those email accounts.
- Change the subject, if you choose.
- Enter a message for the recipient(s) of your email.
- Click Send. A message displays to indicate the email was successfully sent
- Share your album again, or click the X at the top right of the box to close the Share options.
