Deleting a Sub-album

Overview: The following tutorial explains how to delete a sub-album from your Photobucket account. See How do I delete a sub-album in the FAQ for an example of how to delete nested sub-albums.

Requirements: You must be a Photobucket account holder. You must currently have a sub album created in your account.

Steps to Take:
  1. Open the Photobucket site at http://www.photobucket.com

Enter your username and password at the top of the page, then click the log in button to log into your Photobucket account.

  2. Select the albums & upload button from the menu at the top of your album.
  3. Click the edit link that is associated with the album side bar.
  4. On the album edit page, click the trash can/delete icon that is associated with the sub-album that you wish to delete.

Note: Deleting a sub-album breaks the links to any content in this sub-album that was previously linked from Photobucket.

Important! All content must be removed prior to deleting an album. Also, all sub-albums nested within that album must be empty and removed as well.
