Creating a Sub-album

Overview: The following tutorial explains how to create a sub-album inside of your Photobucket account.

Requirements: You must be a Photobucket account holder.

Steps to Take:
  1. Open the Photobucket site at http://www.photobucket.com

Enter your username and password at the top of the page, then click the log in button to log into your Photobucket account.

  2. Select the albums & upload button from the menu at the top of your album.
  3. Type in a name for your new sub-album.

Note: Please do not include special characters in the name, such as @`~$#%,. You will also want to avoid using the word 'banner' in your sub-album names as there are possible browser and firewall security settings that will prevent this album from being visible.

Note: The use of spaces in sub-album names may cause issues when linking content off of Photobucket.

  4. After typing in a name for your sub-album, click the save button.
  5. You can also create sub-albums on the edit page by clicking this link.
  6. A message will appear at the top of your page that says 'Album added (you are now viewing X).' The new sub-album is now available to you from the side bar in your album.
