Add MySpace Profile Link to Photobucket
Overview: The following tutorial explains how to use the "Link to my profile" feature on Photobucket. You will be able to set up a direct link from your Photobucket album to your MySpace profile that both you and your guests can access (if your Photobucket account is "Public").
Requirements: You must be a Photobucket account holder to set up a link to your MySpace Profile. Guests viewing your page will not be able to see this unless you explicitly add a link to your profile.
Steps to Take:- Open the Photobucket site at http://www.photobucket.com
Enter your username and password at the top of the page, then click the log in button to log into your Photobucket account.
- Select the albums & upload button from the menu at the top of your album.
- On the left hand side of your album you will see a "Link to my profile" section. Click on the "add your profile" button to configure this option.
- Simply complete your MySpace URL with your chosen profile name. You can find this information in the "MySpace URL" section of your MySpace profile if you are having difficulties figuring this out.
Note: To remove a link to your profile simply delete the text in the URL and click save.
- Click on the "save" button to finalize your profile link.
- A MySpace button will now appear in the "Link to my profile" section in your account. Clicking on this button will take you directly to your MySpace profile!
Note: Click on the "edit your link" hyperlink to change or remove the link to your MySpace profile.
