Linking Slideshows

Overview: The following tutorial is a step by step guide on how to link slideshows created inside of your Photobucket account around the web.

Requirements: You must be a Photobucket account holder. You must already have created slideshows inside of your Photobucket account. To view our 'Creating Slideshows' tutorial, please click here for additional instructions.

1. Log into your Photobucket account at http://www.photobucket.com
   
2. From the navigation bar at the top of your album, select the "albums & upload" tab.
   
3. Beneath the thumbnail of your slideshow you will see the different types of code that you can use for linking purposes. If they are not visible beneath your thumbnail, you can enable them in your "account options" or the "change link options" hyperlink that is under the first thumbnail image in your album.

   Email & IM (Share URL): Copy this code for for sending via IM or Email.

   Direct Link: Copy this code for for layout pages or MySpace backgrounds.

   HTML Tag: Copy this code for embedding your slideshow into websites & blogs.

   IMG Code: Copy this code for linking your slideshow into a bulletin board or forum via a clickable thumbnail.
   

4. You will also be able to copy these codes from the "full-view" page as well if you happened to click "edit" or the thumbnail itself.
