Sharing Content via Email
Overview: The following tutorial explains how to share an image, or video, via email.
Requirements: You must be a Photobucket account holder. You must have a registered email address. You must already have content uploaded into your account.
Steps to Take:
- Open the Photobucket site at http://www.photobucket.com
Enter your username and password at the top of the page, then click the log in button to log into your Photobucket account.
- Select the albums & upload button from the menu at the top of your album.
- Find an image, video, remix or slideshow that you would like to share to your Freewebs account. Click on the "share" link above the thumbnail.
Note: This can also be accomplished by clicking on the "share" button on the full-size page.
- From the list of share options, click on the "email" tab.
- Your email will be sent from your registered Photobucket email address. If you need to update this to something more current, please click on the "from" link.
- In the "to" field, enter the email addresses that you would like to send your content to. Please separate them with commas.
- If you would like to import your email contacts from your Yahoo, Hotmail, AOL or Gmail account, please click on the buttons under the "get my contacts" heading. You can manually enter and store email addresses by clicking on the "manage my contact list" link as well.
- Type your name in here. This is optional, though.
- If you would like to add a message for the recipient(s) of your email, enter one into the field here.
- Click on the "Send Now" button when you are ready to email your content, or the "Back" button to return to your album.
Note: You can also one-click copy the link below for easy sharing.
- A message will inform you that the email has been successfully sent.
